Community rules

Revision of August 30, 2026 · Operator — OOO «Vaibo» (ООО «Вайбо»). The terms "Content", "Game", "Service", and "Operator" have the meanings given in the Terms of Service.

Vibo Games is a space for family creativity: parents and kids aged 5-9 make and publish small HTML5 games. To keep the catalog a safe and warm place, we all follow a few simple rules.

What we publish

• Kind adventures, fairy tales, cartoon stories.
• Battles with made-up monsters, robots, abstract foes.
• Collecting games (coins, flowers, stars), puzzles, simple races.
• Any characters: animals, fantasy creatures, kids, storybook heroes.
• You can build and demolish your own structures; cartoon-style TNT and weapons, and battles with friends are a normal part of play.

What we don't publish

These topics are automatically rejected by moderation or hidden on report:

• Profanity, insults, aggressive language.
• Realistic violence: blood, injuries, weapons aimed at people, torture.
• Adult themes: sex, drugs, alcohol, gambling.
• Harassment or attacks against real people or groups.
• Exploiting children's fears and traumas.
• Content prohibited by applicable law.
• Real buildings, places, events, and incidents: terrorist attacks, disasters, accidents, wars and armed conflicts — in any form.
• Religious sites, symbols, and rituals in an offensive or demeaning context.
• Depictions of real people, including public figures, and characters recognizably resembling them.
• Extremist and prohibited symbols, symbols of organizations banned in Russia, and military symbols in the context of real conflicts.
• Promotion of drugs, suicide and self-harm, non-traditional sexual relations, or gender transition.
• Personal data in games and titles: real names, addresses, phone numbers, links to social networks and messengers — your own or anyone else's.
• Advertising, links to third-party resources, invitations to continue communication outside the Service.
• Attempts to circumvent the age model: pretending to be a child, or registering an account for a child.
• Use of protected brands and names (Mario, Pacman and the like) — you can build games with similar mechanics, but give them your own name.

Age rating

By default, every game is published with a 6+ rating — this matches our core audience. A moderator may change the rating when needed.

Moderation

• Every publication goes through an automatic AI check. In borderline cases, the game moves to a manual moderator queue.
• If a game doesn't pass the check, the author gets an email with the reason and can edit and republish it.
• Two different outcomes. If a game simply isn't a fit for the catalog (but doesn't break the rules or the law) — it is removed from the public catalog but stays available to its author and via direct link.
• If a game breaks the rules or the law — it is hidden entirely, including the direct link. The author can still see it along with the reason; after fixing it, the game can be published again through the usual moderation.
• Think a takedown was a mistake? Write to support@vibo.games with a link to the game; we'll reply within 5 business days.
• Authors with a track record of quality publications earn “trusted” status — their games are published without delay.

Repeat violations

For repeat violations the measures escalate: removal of the game from publication → restriction of publishing and sharing → blocking of the account.

Reports

If you see a game that breaks the rules, tap “🚩 Report” — the button is in the catalog, on the game's page, and in the game's own menu. Pick what is wrong and describe it: a moderator needs to know what to look for. When reports come in, the game may be automatically hidden from the catalog and from its direct link until a manual review. One user — one report per game.

We review a report within 24 hours of receiving it — the term is set out in the Terms of Use (section 11.2).

If you are a rights holder demanding a takedown, that is a separate procedure: send a written claim to info@vibo.games with the details listed in section 11.1 of the Terms. The term there is 24 hours as well.

Donations and remixes

• Donations — voluntary support for an author in credits. Credits stay on the author's balance and are used for their own edits in the editor.
• Remix — cloning someone's public game into your own account for 10 credits. Half goes to the original author, half stays with the platform. A remix inherits the code and sprites — it's a “start from something similar” option for your own game.
• A published game is always free to play via its direct link — donations and remixes are voluntary.
